Xerox H.S. (Nigeria) Limited is a joint venture between Xerox Limited based in UK and Henry Stephens Group of companies. The H.S. stands for Henry Stephens. Xerox Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Xerox corporation based in the USA.

What is the warranty period offered by Xerox?
Our warranty period ranges from three months for some light lens products to twelve months for most digital products. During the period any fault (that is not as a result of negligent use or is a result of a manufactures defect) will be fixed at no cost to the user.

Xerox equipment is so reliable hence, we are able to give up to twelve months warranty on most of our digital products.

How long do Xerox products last before they become obsolete?
The obsolescence of Xerox products is determined by technological advancement in the office equipment market. We at Xerox are committed to bringing to our customers the latest in technology at all times. However, we continue to provide maintenance, spare parts and consumables for at least seven years after we stop selling any equipment.

What is your response to service call?
Our response time is unequalled in the Nigerian office equipment market and they range from four to eight hours. The absolute worst case scenario is a next day response.

We have a large stock of consumables and spare parts at our National Warehouse, at our logistics centre and at the stores in all our offices. Yes. We have offices in Lagos (two: one in Victoria Island and the other in Matori - Cappa - Oshodi), Ibadan, Warri, Port Harcourt, Abuja and Kaduna. In addition we have a dealership network in all the 36 states and Abuja. Regardless of where you are, you are guaranteed of being able to buy genuine Xerox spare parts and consumables.
